Please read carefully before using the Lumivive GlowMask Pro.

Cosmetic device, not a medical device

The Lumivive GlowMask Pro is sold as a cosmetic device for general skincare and beauty purposes. It is not a medical device and is not registered with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) as a therapeutic good. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or alleviate any disease, ailment, defect or injury.

Results vary by individual

Visible changes from at-home LED light therapy depend on consistency of use, individual skin biology, age, lifestyle and other factors. We cannot guarantee any specific outcome. Customer testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical of every user.

Safety contraindications

Do NOT use the GlowMask Pro if you:

  • Have a history of photosensitive epilepsy or seizures triggered by light
  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Have a photosensitive skin condition (e.g. lupus, porphyria, polymorphic light eruption)
  • Are taking photosensitive medication, including but not limited to doxycycline and other tetracyclines, isotretinoin, certain antidepressants (e.g. fluoroquinolones), tretinoin, hydroquinone, or St John's Wort
  • Have active skin infections, broken skin, open wounds, severe burns or acute inflammatory skin conditions in the treatment area
  • Are under 18 years of age

How to use safely

  • Always wear the included protective eye covers. Do not look directly into the LEDs at any time.
  • Do not use the mask on or near the eyes without the protective goggles in place.
  • Begin with shorter sessions (5 minutes) and build up gradually.
  • Do not exceed the recommended session duration or frequency.
  • Discontinue use immediately if you experience any pain, headache, dizziness, blurred vision, prolonged redness, irritation, swelling, blistering or rash, and consult a medical professional.
  • Keep the device dry. Do not submerge in water. Clean only as directed in the user guide.

Consult your doctor first

If you have any pre-existing medical condition, are recovering from a procedure (including cosmetic procedures such as injectables, laser, microneedling or chemical peels), or are unsure whether LED light therapy is suitable for you, consult your GP or dermatologist before use.
