Consumer Guarantees

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Lumivive is committed to upholding all rights granted to you under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded

When you buy from Lumivive, you are entitled — by law — to consumer guarantees that the goods you receive:

  • Are of acceptable quality — safe, lasting, with no faults, look acceptable, and do all the things someone would normally expect them to do.
  • Are fit for purpose — they do what we said they would do, and what you asked for.
  • Match the description, sample or demonstration model shown to you.
  • Come with full title and undisturbed possession, with no undisclosed securities.
  • Are supported by spare parts and repair facilities for a reasonable time after purchase.

If something goes wrong

If there is a major failure with a Lumivive product — for example it is significantly different from the description, is unsafe, or cannot be repaired within a reasonable time — you are entitled to:

  • Reject the goods and receive a refund, or
  • Reject the goods and choose a replacement of the same type and similar value, or
  • Keep the goods and receive compensation for the drop in value.

For a minor failure that can be put right, we will repair the product or replace it within a reasonable time.

You are also entitled to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by the failure.

Our 60-day satisfaction guarantee is on top of your ACL rights

In addition to your statutory rights, Lumivive offers a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on every order. If you simply change your mind within 60 days of delivery, contact us at info@atlasgrowths.com and we'll arrange a return and refund.

How to make a claim

Contact our Customer Care team at info@atlasgrowths.com, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm AEST, with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within one business day.
